All our customers are covered by our Satisfaction Policy. If the print quality does not meet our acceptable standards, we will arrange for a reprint. Please fill out the form below to initiate the process.
Important Notes: #
- Print issues must be reported within 5 days from the “Delivered” status date (including weekends and public holidays).
- We may require a partial or full return of the printed products to our warehouse (at the customer’s cost).
- If a reprint is approved, the production timeline will follow the standard timeframe, as if it were a new order.
- The reprinted products will be delivered once completed.
