Order Status Guide #
You can track your order status via My Account. Below are the different order statuses and what they mean:
1. Pending Approval #
- This is the initial status after a successful checkout.
- You will receive an email confirmation.
- At this stage, you can still cancel or replace files via a support ticket.
2. Print-in-Progress #
- The status updates to Print-in-Progress once your files pass the preliminary pre-flight check.
- You will receive an email notification.
- No changes or cancellations can be made at this stage.
3. In-Transit #
- Once printing is complete, the order status changes to In-Transit.
- Your invoice will be available for download in your account.
4. Completed/Ready-to-Collect #
- The status updates to Completed once the order has been successfully shipped or is ready for self-pickup.
- You have 5 days (including weekends and public holidays) from this status update to raise any print-related issues.
5. Cancelled #
- This status means the order has been cancelled.
6. Pending Payment #
- The payment was unsuccessful, and the order remains incomplete.
