We understand that perfect print outcomes are not always possible due to the many variables involved in the printing process. Below is our Acceptable Print Policy to guide the level of acceptance for final printed materials, and the defects that may qualify for a reprint.
Note: This policy is not applicable to Large Format & Sublimation Printing.
Colour Discrepancy #
- Acceptable Standard: We accept a 10% variation in CMYK process printing colors.
- Within the Same Print Run: Colors may vary by up to 10% across different printouts in a single run.
- Across Separate Print Runs: Reprints of the same design may have up to a 10% color variation.
- Reprint Criteria: If the color difference exceeds 10%, based on our CMYK Colour Reference Book, a reprint is qualified.

Spot UV Registration #
- Includes: Hotstamp, Diecut, Emboss.
- Reprint Criteria: If the registration offset (misalignment) exceeds 0.5mm, a reprint is required.

Dirty Spots #
- Acceptable Dirty Spot: A single dirty spot within 5cm² with a diameter of less than 0.5mm is acceptable.
- Reprint Criteria:
- Two or more dirty spots within 5cm².
- Dirty spots larger than 0.5mm in diameter.

Bubbling from Lamination #
- Acceptable Bubble Size: Bubbles less than 0.5mm in diameter are acceptable, regardless of the number of bubbles.
- Reprint Criteria:
- Bubbles larger than 1mm in size.

Variance of Colours #
- Acceptable Colour Variance: Within 10% of the intended color in the same print batch.
- Reprint Criteria: If the color variance exceeds 10%, it qualifies for a reprint (refer to Colour Discrepancy above).

Trimming Registration #
- Acceptable Offset:
- Less than 1mm offset for offset printing.
- Less than 2mm offset for digital printing.
- Reprint Criteria:
- If the trimming offset exceeds 1mm for offset printing or 2mm for digital printing.
