File Submission Guidelines #
1. File Extension #
- Preferred format:
.pdf - Acceptable formats:
.zip,.jpg(300dpi),.ai,.psd,.tiff,.png
2. File Naming Rules #
To ensure smooth processing, please avoid using the following in your file name:
🚫 Punctuation Marks: ! ? ( ) [ ] { } : / “ ; , . etc.
🚫 Symbols / Special Characters: @ # * $ % + & > ~ etc.
🚫 Unicode Characters: (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
✅ Allowed: Hyphen (-) and underscore (_)
✅ Best Practice: Use simple alphanumeric file names for easy identification.
3. Sending Files #
- Upload your artwork during the ordering process.
- If you don’t have the file at the time of ordering, you can place the order first and submit the file later via the chat function in the order page under My Account.
